Meditation Room

The Meditation Room at the Interfaith Center is a peaceful and welcoming space designed to support quiet reflection, mindfulness, meditation, prayer, and personal renewal. Open to people of all faiths, spiritual traditions, and philosophical perspectives, the room provides a calm environment where individuals can step away from the demands of daily life to find stillness, focus, and balance.

Thoughtfully designed to promote tranquility and contemplation, the Meditation Room offers a setting for both individual and small group practices. Whether used for silent meditation, breathwork, mindfulness exercises, contemplative prayer, or simple moments of rest, the space encourages personal wellbeing and spiritual growth.

As part of the Interfaith Center's commitment to fostering belonging and holistic wellness, the Meditation Room serves as a sanctuary for the Emory community—a place where students, faculty, staff, and visitors can reconnect with themselves, cultivate inner peace, and engage in practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. It reflects the Center's mission of creating inclusive spaces that honor diverse paths to meaning, reflection, and human flourishing.
